📦 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Condition: Must be in the same condition as when received—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

🚫 Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.

To begin a return, you must contact us at aulia1590@hotmail.com before sending back any items.

  1. Contact Us: Email us with your order number and return reason
  2. Approval Process: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions
  3. Return Shipping: Package the item securely and send it to our return address

🚫 Unapproved Returns: Items sent back to us without prior approval will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, thoroughly inspect all items.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aulia1590@hotmail.com with detailed evidence (photos or videos).

If a defect or error is verified, we will provide a return label and either issue a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • First return the original item following the approved process
  • Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

However, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Exceptions: This right does not apply to perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or sale items.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors
